Protection Policy for Personal Information

Datatec Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Company") shall lay down the following privacy policies whenever Company may handle any personal information and handle any personal information including but not limited to personal information on Company’s customers and any other personal information safely and appropriately with its every possible effort as well as comply with such policies so as to be capable of trying to provide the further reliability and reassurance to its customers.

Company shall not acquire any personal information in false or any other fraud means but done in appropriate and good-faith manners.

Company shall use any personal information to extent required to accomplish the following purposes. In the event that any personal information may be used for any other purposes than those provided herein, Company shall obtain the consent of the person in question prior to acting on such uses.

• 2.To provide information on seminars, range of products and services.

３．Safety Management of Personal Information

Company shall take any necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of any personal information handled hereof and to ensure safety management of such personal information.

４．Entrustment of Personal Information

In the event that Company may entrust whole or part of Company’s handling of personal information to any other third parties, Company shall conduct a rigorous investigation of such third party and supervise such third party which has been entrusted the handling in a necessary and appropriate manner so that such entrusted personal information shall be committed safety management.

５．Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Company shall not provide any personal information to any third parties unless otherwise the provision is acknowledged by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or Company must have obtained the consent of the provision to any third parties from the person in question prior to such provision.

６．Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information

In the event that Company may receive request of disclosure of the personal information from the person in question, Company shall promptly respond to such request. Notwithstanding the above, Company shall not respond to such request unless otherwise the requester shall be identified as the person in question.

In the event that any errors may be detected in the personal information and any corrections, additions, deletions from the information may be requested by the person in question, Company shall promptly respond to such requests subject to the investigation. Notwithstanding the above, Company shall not respond to any of such requests unless otherwise unless the requester(s) shall be identified as the person(s) in question.
